When you make a request to be put in the directory or have an event featured, we will only display the data you give us permission to show. It will be clear in the application process what is shown and what isn’t. Remember, your Social Media accounts will be shared publicly, so ensure they are not your personal ones, unless you have secured your site for public & private posts.
We do not collect information using your cookies and we do not record IP addresses and track browsers.

We will be using the SMMAP to map the statistics regarding cultural activity in the city, which may take the form of things like infographics or videos etc, please bare this in mind when you join.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see and request to edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have a directory entry the information will be on this site until your subscription ends or you request to have it removed, which ever comes first.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
